It will come down substantially." Chapter #2 - Russia: Force Ukraine into surrendinging Crimea, all land and children stolen so that Russia will stop bombing them for a year. Chapter #3 - America: Surrender the Bill of Rights so Trump will make you safe from the "Bad Guys".
