Well here is an answer we all will agree upon.Don’t go to the meeting and ask their plan they won’t let you speak,the director will bang his gavel, the county council will tell the commissioners not to speak and we will never know because to be honest the commissioners, administrator and county council are a bunch of clueless men and woman that don’t know what they are doing g and that’s why they aren’t transparent.
