With all the smoke and mirrors in the new proposed budget is the fact that $1 dollar of every $5 in the budget goes to pay the debt the town owes. Old North Jersey saying, “Liars Figure, but Figures don’t lie.” Face the fact that we spent to much that was not ours to spend.
