Unfortunately, I was about to lose a renter from Macungie Pa who I have had for three years. She works for Mack Truck and is going to be laid off. Fortunately for her, I am a better negotiator than Donald Trump, who cost her job. We worked out a lower rent, to be paid over a longer period. She promised to clean the place herself, and that gave us more room. I imagine people all over are having trouble now, not just our small corner. Sad.
