It appears that the 2018 easement by the township of Lower to allow for the maintenance and repair of the bulkhead on Village Road and the bay, also requires the township to maintain the area in a safe and clean condition. At present, it definitely doesn’t appear safe as demonstrated by the orange netting discouraging beach entrance.
