Was surprised to get an email from Doordash today stating that the no tax on tips bill exempts Doordash drivers (and all the other app gig job people on the basis that we're technically independent contractors). Please contact your congress critters today and ask them not to do that to us. I had no idea until just now that we were not included. A lot of people are going to be assuming that the bill is for us. Excluding us is terrible.
