I hope that the Township stops granting exemptions from lot size laws in the Villas. Almost every new house on an undersized lot for the last 20+ years has resulted in the lots becoming junk yards. There is one that has two trucks, a boat, a large travel trailer, an enclosed trailer, and one of those metal “garages” all on a 30 or 45 foot lot. And, of course, the owner uses that garage as a repair business in nice weather.
