Avalon is an extremely wealthy municipality with almost unlimited resources. When many towns in New Jersey are struggling to maintain bare bones recreational facilities why should we get an 84K grant for a walking path?Sorry but that makes no sense to me. Give the money to a town that really needs it or just don’t spend it at all.
