What happened to the new housing development proposed in the township? Don’t people understand that this is not a rental/hotel style community but second homes to be purchased and used seasonally? We seem to have no issue with campgrounds, which are much more similar to hotels, but everyone fights single family homes that will contribute year round property taxes? The same with a 55 and older community - full taxes with limited services used. Time to start thinking DT
