A job well done by the local government agencies involved. Perhaps Avalons mayor could set up a meeting with our mayor in DT, , and educate him on acquiring some state monies for our school budget which has been decimated by cuts from the state. Funding for the elderly and handicapped is a noble cause. You would think the state would feel the same about the education, extracurricular activities and benefit of our school children.
