Cape May Court House

It was interesting to see the Hands Off demonstration use the county courthouse as a backdrop. How was this allowed? When Mothers Against Drunk Driving had long held its candlelight vigil for those killed by drunk drivers, the court administrator deemed the exterior of the courthouse could not be used for such a demonstration since it skewed the public's regard that the court was prejudiced. Those worthy endeavors were then silenced. It appears that protest banners were taped to the columns of the court building. Double standard?
