All the justices on the Colorado Supreme Court are democrats. Those justices that dissented, including the Chief Justice, recognized immediately this is unconstitutional. A dissenting Judge said quote "The decision to bar former President Donald J. Trump, by all accounts the current leading Republican presidential candidate, and reportedly the current leading overall presidential candidate, from Colorado's presidential primary ballot flies in the face of the due process doctrine," Colorado decided to hold their own little trial and be judge, jury, and executioner. Isn’t that special? Ha!
