Citizens of Cape May County should have the right to vote on whether or not they want Wind Energy. The Commissioners have not asked all the citizens of Cape May County. For the county to spend taxpayer money on pursuing the Federal Permitting process or fighting a source of energy amounts to Taxation Without Representation.
