Spout Off seems to be a look into the opposite mind thinking of the local residents of the Cape May area. If the spout is about Biden it is countered with Trump. If it about white it becomes black, sunny to cloudy and so on. Maybe the Herald should produce a sitcom of the lives, thoughts and opinions of the spouters. Norman Lear, you left too soon, Spout Off could have been another All in the Family.
