Sea Isle City why don't you check on rental permits and Insurance! Each homeowner should receive a letter stating that if they rent they should obtain a permit from the City! Many are not aware of this ! It's revenue to the City! How much revenue is taken in each year! What is the monetary amount! Someone should be checking on this! If not purchasing the rental permits there should be fines! Hire someone to check on homeowners! Rental permits and fines could benefit the City!
