While I feel Mr. Santos should have been expelled from congress, it is the process I have a severe problem with. Unfortunately for our justice system Mr. Santos was not allowed an opportunity to mount a defense. Whether you agree with me or not, innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until you prove yourself innocent is the foundation of our legal and justice system. Without it we are no better than the animals that live in the Jungle. I can do jungle law, can all of you? Can your elderly relatives do it? No? Should we just leave them to fend for themselves? No way. Equal and fair for all.
