All of the local politicians that opposed the windmills didn't give a darn about the whales or the ocean. They just didn't want see windmills and pretended to care about whales. Van Drew, the local GOP leaders, and locals that opposed the windmills should fight to stop beach replenishment if they truly care about the ocean! That's what is really destroying the marine ecology. Everything that lives in sand that supports other marine gets killed by the relentless pumping of sand on the beaches just to protect homes of millionaires.
