How can Cape May Council continue to blame the DEP, ACOE, and other agencies for the cities failures in completion of projects that have existed for years. For several years we hear the city’s hiring professionals to address convention hall, Lafayette Street Park and the promenade. Kiwanis Park and a church were completed in a reasonable time frame. Now the refurbishment of the church moves forward. Pet projects??
