NJ needs a law that requires business to charge the same price for products and services regardless of whether the customers pays by credit card or cash. I avoid any business that charges more when paying by credit card or I spend much less. It’s pure greed when businesses charge a fee for paying by credit card. The credit card fees were always just a normal operating cost of business. What’s next, electric use fee in restaurants, toilet flushing fee?
