Two questions: Is everyone getting e-mails from AC Electric every week advising you used more power than your neighbor (who doesn't even live here now) and that you used more on Friday! Do I have to ask permission to do extra loads of wash now and then? Do you find this as insulting as I do? Why didn't they build the nuclear power plant they knew they would need?
