To Sea Isle City about Biden’s deferment, my husband at the time had a family so he didn’t have to serve. Everyone knew that you would be sent to Vietnam and more than likely not comeback alive. My husband’s best friend sent him a letter when he was in Vietnam stating he would not comeback alive, things were so bad. Unfortunately he did not arrive alive, it hit my husband very hard. So who would want at that time be called up to go to Vietnam.
