Did you ever have your house appraised to get a home equity loan ? I did - three appraisals came in with three different valuations. Does this mean two of the appraisers are frauds ? I did submit one of the three and got the home equity line of credit approved. If only one is “true” should I be arrested if I picked the “wrong” appraisal ? Yes all three were licensed appraisers recommended by my real estate agent.
