Thank goodness Phila has come to its senses. Instead of enforcing laws against murder, looting and wildly riding ATV. They are going after true criminals the street vendors using plastic bags.. wait til Phil Murphy finds out.. I envision SWAT teams going after those non compliant despicable hot dog and other truck food vendors.. it will give him something to do since he cannot tilt at windmills for awhile
