On 11/3@approximately 1:00pm I observed a city of NWPW (4735partialtag) traveling south on route 9 with a motocross bike, being transported. Really! Since when does the city allow the user of vehicle to move personal items? So,this seems to be a misuse of municipal property. Taxpayers money of whatever amount is applied to vehicles for business use, not personal.
