After speaking at the Cape May Council meeting I heard the mayor say the city was hiring a coastal engineer. Will the safety of bathers be addressed or will this be another avenue for replenishment as presented in 2015. The same woman that spoke in 2015 is now doing the same project as Dr. Farrell which led to nothing but more sand.
