A great deal of money and effort has been put into beautifying the main JFK Blvd. entry corridor. Can anyone tell me why a movable traffic hazard sign is permanently on the sidewalk? It’s the first thing you see coming into town. It can’t be read from a car because it’s behind two poles and a banner. Whatever it’s purpose, it’s not traffic safety. How much is it costing to uselessly sit there?
