This is for everyone. If you don't attend recreation programs, don't complain when the City doesn't offer them anymore. Staff gets paid if you attend. Schedules go according to attendance. If there's not a need, then you won't have them. So if you are going to complain, did you ever go to begin with. Think about it! Everyone wants to keep their recreation departments open.
