Cape May Court House

When an employee leaves their job,at the County of Cape May,there is an exit interview with the HR Director. Do, employee tells her the issues of a particular department & nothing is corrected. So,would the HR Director have fact finding,write up or more discipline for not correcting issues? Seems like a double standard for employees in the higher positions but,not the rank & file. All employees should get the same treatment.
