So many places listing open job openings, yet no one’s getting hired. Why so many hoops to jump through? Skills assessments, illegal IQ test, 3+ interviews, degree requirements, experience requirements because god forbid a manager train a person these days. Diversity isn’t welcomed in Cape May County and it’s only getting worse.
