No matter what Wildwood does someone always puts it down. Investors are spending millions building and opening businesses. The real estate is so expensive you have to be rich to buy anything in Wildwood. And yet there is always someone calling it a ghetto or saying the town is dead. I've never seen a dying ghetto be so valuable.
