West Cape May Planning Board take proper steps to not allow a devastating developement like we see in nearby neighborhoods. Let's remember that this is an entry way/fly zone for millions of birds and other wildlife, and that two homes will double the environmental impact since it is not be served with City Sewer. What ever price was paid is NOT the Planning Board's problem. Don't be fooled by the "I plan to build and live there" line, it's been disproven many of times .
