Only in C.M. can we spend hours and hours on minor issues like Promenade Benches and Arches, Then propose a $50+ Million Dollar Sea Wall that the Army Corps said is not needed, and City Council refuses to an open discussion to solve building a new $32 Million Dolar Desal Water Plant, or should they examine expanding the existing facilities for $8-10 Million Dollars?
