I’m willing to bet that some of last weeks looters in Philadelphia receive public assistance benefits. Section 8, welfare, Medicaid, health partners, etc. here’s an idea. If someone is arrested for something like this first thing you do is check to see if they receive Public assistance. If so. Cut them off. And if it’s a juvenile cut off their parents benefits. I realize it will never happen in Philadelphia.
