To the Avalon Borough zoning and Planning Board: Yes, it IS your job to control growth, establish an architectural tone, and control population density. To say that a property owner can do what they want…it’s their house, is malfeasance. If your aim is to make this town look like Hoboken, Hillsdale, Passaic or Clifton, well you have succeeded.
