I am just hearing about this new Ordinance not allowing the use of street ends and not allowing construction material to be temporarily put in the street by the curbs . How are people going to launch there Kayaks at the beach . The Beach is a street end . I expect a lot of permits and inspections to be happening all summer with all who use the beach to launch kayaks . It seems to me there is a secret reason for this stupid ordinance. There is no need to have kayak storage rental at the beach.
