What kind of mentality "invests" in Wildwood and proceeds to never clean their buildings, rent to phantom businesses, and remove any worthwhile facades in favor of unreadable scrambled signage & spray paint of giant bizarre figures that have nothing to do with the area. New ordinances are needed to stop this look.
