The Chester County PA fugitive was captured after a two week effort by local, state and federal Law Enforcement. A DEA fixed wing aircraft picked up the thermal image of the fugitive and a PSP and Border Patrol Tactical teams made the arrest. Whether PA or NJ or CA or MI, the American public needs to be grateful for the Law Enforcement agencies that portect all of us. The police are not he bad guys. Police need more funds, not less, no matter how big or small the town.
