When Joe Biden was Barack Obamas VP, every now and then Joe Biden would come up with some off the wall comment that embarrassed the White House. Being a good man, President Obama would follow it up by saying, "that's Joe just being Joe". I can only imagine what Barack Obama is thinking now with the outrageous comments that are coming out of Joe Biden now.
