About the Spout about the Toll takers not taking down the ripped US Flag,and leaving it up in all kinds of bad weather.Thats a regular practice for them now sense,the days I remember the one toll taker that worked at the bridge,before he retired always took the flag down everynight,in bad weather etc.He even put the flag at half staff to honor the dead.We Veterans miss him.His nickname was the BridgeMaster.
