Many people say that like the lightbulb, alternative energy is constantly being perfected. While that is true, we did not completely abandon the candle until the light bulb was perfected for its time and became a source of light we could depend on. As as we have seen since, further refinements like CFL, and LED’s have taken place. While these are adequate replacements, and do the job well enough, they are not the equivalent of the warm glow and feeling only an incandescent lightbulb has provided in the past.
