With FEMA's money near empty and when Jersey and NY people needing money from Hurricane Sandy and 9/11, from Texas to Florida they voted against us, time to end FEMA. As there are Global Warming State Goverments that are first in line for Federal money funded by you and me, I recommend that we move to replacement of Regional Destaster Funds with New Jersey being in the Mid-Atlantic Zone. Let the Southern States tax thier own Citizens to fund their anti-renewal attitude and poor property ownership / zoning choices. Keep my money in New Jersey and not in Hurricane Alley of the Gulf Coast.
