TO THE SPOUTERS from stone harbor .thank you for the season of laughs from you complaining on here .NOT once all summer long have i heard the same complaining at any council meeting enjoy your off-season doing the same thing at your primary. the town will still be here next season .for you all to complain on here what this town does during the off-season you do not like .but will not voice your complaint to the people that will listen9/2/2023
