I admit that this is not my first spout about fentanyl killing thousands of Americans including our children each year. Id like to ask readers and Spouters, “ where is your outrage?”. Don’t you care about your “ neighbors child dieing because those in charge won’t do anything to stop China and the drug dealers from killing Americans? This has gone on long enough. We need a paradigm shift to confront and end this killing. AND that will require strong action and leadership. Frankly, I don’t care what party , just a leader that cares about Americans and has the courage to act.
