It looks like Comm. Mikulski is going to leave us taxpayers with the same present the last guy did before he left office. He’s going to add some more absurd promotions to the PD and FD. He’s also giving the new police chief an 22% raise and lifetime health benefits. This is a slap in the face for the fiscal responsibility he promised.
