Just watched the last Commissioners Meeting that was held this week. With the longest elected and serving Commissioner at the helm of the meeting (Mayor), it was an embarrassment to witness the lack of control that was demonstrated during this meeting. According to the Open Meetings Act, citizen comments should be held for five (5) minutes per person and there is no discussion, comments, or personal attacks to be allowed by citizens during their comments. Citizen comments are simply factual statements that the Commissioners can take under advisement and/or schedule in person meetings .
