He stated “This is an extensive project that includes three separate pavilions and a dog park with facilities for both large and small dogs”. That’s nice mayor so when should we expect to get pavilions at the playgrounds and parks for children? You spent 4 million of our surplus on what? Your administrator promised the families that showed up at the community day meeting that they would be up by summer at all of the playgrounds and you don’t even have one up yet.
