It is obvious that an out of towner controls Avalon and Avalon politics. For evidence look at what is being built at Avalon main entrance . It destroys what used to be a very warm welcome to our city . This will also block the cool winds off the ocean in the summer. This is what you get when you are ruled by out of towners instead of those you voted for who you thought would look out for a potentially Great Shore town
