I am a relatively new owner in Stone Harbor and a dog owner/lover. However, why have an in-season dogs on the beach policy if no one will follow or enforce it? Every morning I walk the beach at about 6am, and there are several owners with their dogs. The town could make a fortune if they sent anyone down there to write a few tickets. SH, if you are not going to enforce your own laws, maybe just repeal them??
