Editor. Please print my story. This morning, 08/20/23 at 08:45 my wife and I were riding our motorcycles along Beach Ave. in Cape May. We have full size motorcycles, ride with full safety gear and wear bright yellow vests. In an attempt to get an empty parking spot, an individual ran the stop sign at 1st Ave and nearly hit my wife. At the last second, my wife hit her brakes and avoided a terrible crash. What are people thinking, or not thinking these days? Please wake up before someone gets killed.
