Loved the article on second home owners vote. Allowing second home owners to vote in local elections should be allowed and eventually will be its only a matter of time. With the dollar amounts involved and the tax revenue generated, oversight is strongly needed. Second homes cost more than the first and are usually the largest asset. There should be a few stipulations. One vote per owner per town regardless of the number of properties you own in a town. This is important to keep slumlords and corporations from using their votes to manipulate legislation of the town for their benefit.
